I’m a licensed professional counselor who offers telehealth counseling for adults across New Jersey, with a focus on LGBTQIA+ clients, including those exploring identity, relationships, and nontraditional partnership structures. My work is grounded in a strengths-based, affirming approach that centers your lived experience rather than trying to “fix” you. I pay close attention to the impact of systems, stigma, and early messages on how you see yourself, and we work together to build self-understanding, flexibility, and a sense of agency. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m direct, collaborative, and willing to name things that others might avoid, while still creating a space that feels steady and supportive. I aim to offer care that is both affirming and thoughtful, where you can show up fully and move toward the kind of life and relationships that feel right for you.
