Giana Simonelli, MA, LAC, is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey and Associate Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, providing therapy to adolescents and young adults in intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization settings, as well as outpatient care through Wholehearted Healing Collective. Her clinical work focuses on identity development, anxiety, trauma-informed care, and LGBTQIA+-affirming mental health support. Giana is actively involved in counseling advocacy and professional leadership across New Jersey, including her work with the New Jersey Integrated Mental Health Conference (NJIMHC), NJCA committees, and emerging LGBTQIA+ initiatives within the profession. She is especially passionate about expanding access to affirming care and supporting clinicians in integrating inclusive, developmentally responsive approaches into their work with youth and families.
